Agreement to these terms

By using The SiteHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Use of the service

You may use The SiteHub to build, preview, and publish static websites. You agree not to misuse the platform, bypass safety or usage limits, interfere with the service, or publish prohibited content. Paid plans may include privacy-friendly traffic analytics for published sites as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You are responsible for the code, files, domains, and other content you upload, edit, or publish. You retain ownership of your content. We may suspend access to or remove content that violates these terms, our policies, or legal requirements.

Prohibited use

You must not publish malicious, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content. Users and visitors may report suspected violations through the abuse report form.

Service availability

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or platform operations.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The SiteHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date shown above. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
