Information we collect
01We collect the account and site data needed to operate the service. This may include your name, email address, site code, uploaded assets, deployment metadata, domain records, plan and payment status, and security or activity logs. For published sites with analytics enabled, we also collect page paths, referring hostnames, approximate country codes, browser, operating system, device type, and pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers. We do not store raw visitor IP addresses in site analytics.
How we use information
02We use this information to provide and secure the platform, publish your sites, process payments, enforce plan limits, provide support, investigate suspected abuse, and provide paid site owners with aggregated traffic reports. Site analytics does not use cookies and honors supported Do Not Track signals.
Abuse reports
03Abuse reports may include a published URL, the reason for the report, and an optional reporter email address for moderation follow-up.
Service providers
04We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with infrastructure, payment, email, monitoring, and other service providers when necessary to operate The SiteHub or comply with legal obligations.
